Important: Participants are responsible for covering their own travel and accommodation expenses. The organizers do not provide financial support for travel or accommodation. However, meals and refreshments offered as part of the official event program will be provided.

Participant Registration

I acknowledge that the African Union Commission will support the processing of the visa on arrival for all participants. I also understand that the visa fee (USD 50) must be paid in cash upon arrival in Ethiopia.
Je reconnais que la Commission de l’Union africaine appuiera le traitement du visa à l’arrivée pour tous les participants. Je comprends également que les frais de visa (50 USD) doivent être payés en espèces à l’arrivée en Éthiopie.
Reconozco que la Comisión de la Unión Africana apoyará la tramitación del visado a la llegada para todos los participantes. Asimismo, entiendo que la tasa del visado (50 USD) deberá abonarse en efectivo a la llegada a Etiopía.
